From Taboo to Truth – Confessions, compassion and forgiveness for women who are mothers.
Motherhood is beautiful, but it’s also messy, overwhelming, and full of pressure. Too often, mothers carry the weight of guilt, regret, frustration, and anger in silence. Imagine sharing some of what you are carrying with other women (mothers), hearing you are not the only one thinking taboo thoughts and releasing the load from your shoulders? What if you could forgive yourself for the mistakes, let go of what’s not yours to carry, and reconnect with the joy and love at the heart of your motherhood journey?
This 8-week online programme offers a safe, supportive space for women who are mothers to come together, share openly, and gently move through difficult emotions. Whatever stage you are at your motherhood journey, we will come together as women in our own right, sharing our stories and supporting each other through a truly transformational process. Each week combines:
- Honest group sharing/conversation
- Simple somatic exercises to help release tension and process emotions
- Guided reflections to support self-forgiveness and compassion
Together we will explore the unspoken sides of motherhood – the guilt, the anger, the fear – while also celebrating the triumphs and the beauty.
By the end of the journey, you will have:
Tools to process difficult emotions
A deeper sense of compassion for yourself
Practical somatic practices to support you daily
A renewed connection with the joy and love in your motherhood
Connection and bond with other women who are mothers

Whether you are new to natural health approaches or have a vested interested in holistic well-being practices, my sessions offer something for everyone.
We are currently living in a world with a lot of uncertainty. Many of us are experiencing an inordinate amount of stress in our daily lives, let alone the heaviness of world matters. With all my programmes and events, I am looking to create a community of likeminded people, who meet up regularly, to embrace the power of self-development work and the various bodywork practices that are available to us.

Nervous System Reset Day Retreat – A one day workshop helping to rebalance, rewire and restore you nervous system
This retreat is perfect for you if you are feeling constantly in overwhelm, tired, or just out of sorts. You may have sleep or digestive issues, or experience tension and pain in certain parts of your body. You may also just want to gain a better understanding of the nervous system, the vagus nerve and ways to embody emotional regulation. This retreat will help you gain a better understanding of what’s ‘going on’ and support you in coming back into balance.
During the day, I’ll guide you through:
An engaging introduction to the nervous system, vagus nerve and polyvagal theory
A deeply restorative breathwork practice
A TRE (Tension & Trauma Release Exercises) session
You’ll also enjoy delicious food, wholesome snacks, and endless cups of tea.
You will leave feeling relaxed, restored, more informed, and equipped with simple practices to support your well-being long after the retreat.
Breathwork & Meditation with Sound Bath
These sessions provides a powerful reset for the nervous system, helping to bring clients into a firm place of rest and digest whilst reducing stress, and enhancing lung capacity through consciously connecting to your breath.
Due to the face pace of our lives, many of us have become upper chest breathers. During these wonderfully restorative sessions, I take a back-to-basics approach to breathing through the use of meditation. During the first hour we will use our breath to fall in to a deeply relaxed state enhancing your mind-body connection. Through engaging the diaphragm, your breath will deepen and you will feel more nourished.
You will then be bathed in the healing sounds of crystal and Tibetan bowls, the gong and chimes.
Shake it Out – Online TRE Sessions offer a powerful way to release stress and trauma by activating the body’s natural tremor mechanism, gently encouraging the release of deep-seated tension. Convenient and accessible from home, TRE provides a simple yet effective tool for managing stress, building resilience while establishing a regular self-care routine.
