My path
to body-based healing
For most of my life, I lived between fight-or-flight and freeze. Chronic stress, anxiety, emotional overwhelm, and a deep sense of disconnection shaped how I moved through the world. I experienced a number of emotional breakdowns and found it hard to find the support and understanding that I needed to really understand what was going on. Talking therapy helped me understand my story - but something within me still felt unresolved.
Everything shifted when I became embodied through somatic healing practices and I forgave myself.
Through body-based therapies, I learned to slow down, feel again, and listen to the messages my body had been trying to communicate to me for years. As tension softened, my energy slowly returned. My sleep improved. My habits changed. I found more clarity, more compassion, and more agency over my choices.
I realised my body had not been working against me - it had been protecting me.
And when it felt safe again, it began to heal. I understood and finally rekindled agency over my body and mind.
My work now is to help others experience the same transformation by mastering their nervous system.
Hi, I'm Natasha and this is my story
Reaching out and seeking change can feel scary. I am here to support you through this process of change. I work with your body using a variety of body-based therapeutic practices. My primary aim is to bring your nervous system into regulation whilst allowing the body to naturally heal and restore balance and deep inner peace. In addition, through psycho-education, I give you back your agency. I help you understand the body/mind connection and why you feel the way you do.

A client struggling with anxiety and irregular breathing learned to regulate their breath. I helped them understand how shallow breathing can dysregulate the nervous system.
